Regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation (EU) 3005/2024
ESG Portal is registered with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) as an ESG Rating Provider, pursuant to Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 3005/2024, effective from 8 September 2026.
ESG Portal’s activities are subject to the direct supervision of ESMA, within the scope of the powers provided for by the applicable legislation, and to that of CONSOB (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa) as the national competent authority.
In order to ensure transparency, clarity and integrity in the conduct of its ESG rating activities, ESG Portal makes available, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions, information on the methodologies adopted, the models used and the key assumptions underlying its ESG ratings.
